Who: All Players after completion of Momentum Shot

How: Start at the top of the key above the elbow. One dribble to the free throw line. Use jump stop. Then shoot the ball of the glass with proper trajectory so the ball hits the backboard on the way down.

Why: This drill is a great finishing drill that links connection, sequence and trajectory.
