  • 2 Minutes: Layups
  • 2 Minutes: Shot Progressions

15 Minute Cycle:

  • 1 Minute: Roll Ups
  • 1 Minute: Shooting the Line
  • 1 Minute: Off the Backboard Shots
  • 1 Minute: Jump Through Drill
  • 1 Minute: Bounce Turn Drill
  • 5 Minutes: Layups
  • 5 Minutes: Shot Progressions
